Founded in 2021 by Martin Smith, Habitat Renovation is the natural culmination of over a decade’s knowledge and experience gained working across a wide range of construction and property development projects.
Martin began his career as a qualified plumbing and heating engineer in 2008, and this expertise remains at the heart of the company’s skillset, but since that time he has worked on all aspects of property renovation and home refurbishment.
Today, Habitat Renovation is able to offer a turn-key service for home owners looking to improve their property, inside and out. With a flair for design and making effective use of space, Martin spends time understanding a client’s requirements and works with them to refine a design which is then delivered seamlessly.
